KidSaver Pool Nets & More

If you can't use a fence or cover, KidSaver pool safety nets work well for pools, spas, and other water hazards, or as a second layer of protection. Nets are attached securely to your concrete pool deck with anchors and then tensioned with a ratchet and pulley system.
As a good alternative to bubble covers, not only do Solar Sun Rings help to keep your pool and spa warmer and reduce water evaporation and chemical loss, but if someone falls in the pool, they can help avoid getting encapsulated or trapped underneath the water. Solar Sun Rings store away conveniently and are very easy to use.
We offer spa covers for many kinds of spas with a beautiful color selection, custom made for both in-ground and above-ground spas. For some spas, we offer insulated hard spa covers, available in many patterns, colors, or even your own logo or image. Call 760-598-7727.

If a pool fence or cover isn't for you, pool safety nets are an alternative for pools and spas that are difficult to cover or fence, and they're a good second layer of protection with a pool fence. Enjoy the beauty of your pool and keep it safer.

Kidsaver Pool Safety Nets provide a safe, secure barrier while maximizing the available backyard space and preserving the view and ambiance of the swimming pool area. Safety nets have been in use for over three decades with hundreds of thousands installed worldwide. The 3 3/4" squares are too small for a child's head or body to fit through, and too large to allow them to walk, play, jump or stabilize themselves on the net.

Pool safety nets work with a ratchet and pulley system to apply tension to the anchored net. One adult can remove or replace a typical net by themselves, however, for ease of use and safety, we suggest a removable mesh pool fence or an automatic pool cover first. As with any pool net, including our KidSaver Pool Net, you must be a vigilant owner and be sure to put it back in place when you are done using the pool to keep your pool as safe as possible. Manual covers and nets work only if you use them. Nets work with one or a series of pulleys that are built into the center of the net, and by loosening the pulley rope, the tension is released, allowing for easy removal. Just unhook the clips and roll the net onto the portable roller. Simply reverse this process to place the net back onto the pool.

Cal Viking and Sun Systems, Inc. have teamed up to give you something no one else offers. Through a very special and unique arrangement, all of our KidSaver Pool Safety Nets are expertly installed and serviced by our manufacturer's installation technicians from their branch office here in southern California. Using a cover with a solar pool heating system is an excellent idea to help hold in the heat, especially at night, but bubble covers can be dangerous if you fall on top of them or if you swim under them, and they're often a hassle to use, fragile, and don't last very long. Solar Sun Rings are a good alternative to bubble covers, they save water and chemicals, and cost far less than safety covers. The Solar Sun Ring is a passive solar swimming pool heating device made from two sheets of heavyweight U.V. resistant vinyl. The upper clear layer holds insulating air and focuses sunlight on the blue colored lower layer. At night the contained air acts as an insulating blanket to retain heat gained during daylight. Solar Sun Rings are equipped with magnets at the outer edges and are positioned to facilitate rafting. The strength of the magnets will permit single position removal but will easily separate to prevent entrapment in accidental falls. You can easily remove them when you're ready for a swim.
